As we get close to completing the preparations with the steelworks, ready for the concrete roof pour, we are able to access and walk around this incredible space.

It really is a massive area. We will have solar panels on the left hand side, and the central portion over the sunken lounge will be an elevated ceiling above the roof level. That space below in the lounge will be super impressive.

The remaining roof space will make a massive roof garden and we plan to add a sala area too. It’s absolutely perfect to lounge around, watch the sun set behind the hills; and enjoy a BBQ with friends and family.

You can just about see the nearby coastline and sea beyond the trees too.

With completion around July 2025, it’s an exciting few months ahead of rapid progress at this amazing villa.
